Manufacturing Process

 

Materials

Forging

High speed forging and cold rolling process, so that the material is dense and the carbides are evenly distributed, as far as possible to improve the bearing life.

Tuming

Turning using a reliable automated production lines, high efficiency, quality and stability.

Heat Treatment

Use Salt martensite quenching, effectively improve the product microstructure, fatique strength and other properties, then improve the service life of bearing.

Grinding

*Grinding process in strict accordance with ISO/TS16949 system quality control, the equipment, operators, processes, such as quantitative transparent control.
*Adopt advanced automatic grinding processing production line, improve efficiency, reduce errors, optimize the performance of the product.

Assembly

The combination of automatic and semi-automatic assembly, to achieve the best supporting bearings, 100% automated equipment inspection, and thus ensure a stable product quality.
